1. Service

KOL Hunter is a creator discovery and collaboration intelligence platform for brands, marketing teams, and MCN agencies working with creators on X/Twitter. Features include search, filtering, ad archives, candidate pools, team workflows, and contact unlocking.

2. Data and analysis

Follower counts, views, interactions, ad performance, audience segments, and market estimates may be based on public X information, third-party data, paid partnership records, and model-generated inferences. Unless expressly stated, these results are not endorsed or guaranteed by X.

You are responsible for reviewing the underlying public content and using your own judgment. AI analysis and estimates may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep your registration information accurate and protect your account credentials.
• Use platform data only for lawful creator research, marketing planning, and outreach.
• Do not harass creators, send spam, bypass access controls, reverse engineer the service, resell data, or violate another person's privacy.
• Do not use KOL Hunter for fraud, unlawful discrimination, illegal marketing, or activity that violates X rules.

4. Subscriptions, credits, and payment

Some features require a subscription or consume contact-unlock credits. Prices, limits, and validity periods are shown at checkout. Stripe or another payment provider processes payment details; KOL Hunter does not store full card numbers.

Unless required by law or stated on the product page, used unlock credits are not refundable. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Third-party services

The service relies on X/Twitter, payment providers, cloud databases, email providers, and data providers. Their availability, accuracy, and terms are controlled by those providers.

6. Intellectual property

KOL Hunter's brand, software, design, and original content belong to KOL Hunter or its licensors. Creator profiles, posts, and media on X belong to their respective rights holders and remain subject to applicable copyright, privacy, and platform rules.

7. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compliance, maintenance, or product updates. We may restrict or terminate access when you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee that data is complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular campaign outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOL Hunter is not liable for indirect losses caused by reliance on estimates, third-party outages, or your outreach and campaign decisions.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We will provide notice of material changes through the service or email where appropriate.
